Apartment is new, modernized and restyled in June 2019 by an interior architect into a beautiful and cosy suite apartment with all you need for a wonderful stay. It has a spacious living- and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with new comfortable beds and by two sliding doors you step outside to a large terrace, with more than 180 degrees magnificent view on blue Mediterranean, partly covered and glass curtains so that you can sit in your shorts or bikini whole year round. Apartment has its own entrance and is Corona-proof Vistamar lies at 320 meters height and in the back protected by Puig Llorenca, that warrants sunshine and nice temperatures, never to hot never to cold. Only 10 meters away you will find our two infinity pools, only for owners and their visitors and renters. From pool terrace you will also enjoy the breathtaking view on Mediterranean and lovely breeze. Upperpool has an undeep part for children. Around the apartments we have beautiful gardens, palmtrees and flowers. We offer you free individual internet / wifi. Free parking in front of your door. You need a car or a taxi as here we have no public transportation services.
We, Ronald and Anna, are living at Costa Blanca for many years, and we enjoy the Sweet Spanish life here. We do live close to your apartment and are always available for information, recommendations, explanations or help in case of emergency. We try to do all to make your holidays perfect. Vistamar is in urbanisation Cumbre del Sol and most populair at Costa Blanca, the spectaculair views and private street so no much traffic passing by. Cumbre del Sol is located in between Moraira and Javea/Xabia, the most populair villages of Costa Blanca. On Cumbre del Sol we have a supermarket, a very good restaurant, two bars one even with a pool, a pharmacy and hairdressor.
