This property was recently renovated. It is located between Santa Eugenia and Sencelles in the interior of the beautiful Island of Mallorca. The establishment counts with 5 rooms and an seasonal outdoor pool.

The village of Sencelles has a resident population of approximately 2.300 people including several foreigners enjoying the countryside environment and preserved charm and harmony of a quiet and traditional Mallorcan lifestyle. The general landscape is flat with 3 “torrentes” (river beds) criss-crossing the countryside. The area was in former times an Arab farmland and still its main industry is from the land, including almond and fig trees but most importantly the vineyards - representing the main activity of the area.
