Secluded 3 bedroom Finca , 2 bathrooms and private pool nestled in the foot of the mountains, close to the town of Pollensa. Bosch is a truly special property,perfectly positioned for peace and tranquillity with breathtaking mountain views. The main door entrance leads to the lounge-dining area with 2 comfy sofas,tv,a fireplace and dining table with seating for 6. Next to the dining area a large rustic style kitchen equipped with all necessary electrical appliances.It also has a smaller breakfast table with seating for 6. Bedroom 1: Doble bed with an en suite bathroom and lovely views to the valley. Bedrooms 2 and 3 : Both have twin beds and share a full bathroom. At the front of the house leading out from the lounge we have a large covered porch complete with dining table and chairs. Also a seating area. At the side of the house a 8m x 4m swimming pool has Roman style steps for easy access.There is also a pérgola with dining furniture, a perfect place for breakfasting. Air conditioning (hot/cold) in all bedrooms (timings: 18:00 – 04:00 hrs) Please note when hiring a car that the holiday home can only be reached via a country track that has not been tarmacked.
