Pros: Apartment was very clean, had everything we needed (including a wee welcome bottle of wine from our hosts). Bed was really comfortable. Spent a lot of time on the balcony as it caught the sun from sun rise to sun set and the views were brilliant (both mountain and sea views).

Pros: We liked it a lot! Pools and bar are in the same place and private to the people who are living there. Ocean and the white sand beach are 5 min walk away from apartment. Restaurants like la flacka are at the door! Suggest to visit la cabana cafe! Very good service and serve food late at night! And that is a cross the street! All surrounding is very beautiful! Best place for your vacation! Sunrise and sun set is all on this apartments balcony!!! Yess it is studio yess your bed almost in the kitchen, but who make a dinner if you’re in Tenerife were the restaurant is on every step and trust me you’ll never be home there , ok just for a nap!!!

Pros: The view n balcony is really nice. It has everything you need, very well equipped. It is also good located, 10min walking distance to the beach and there are many restaurants and supermarkets around. There is a nice pool in the complex. It is also very quiet

Contras: Having some bottled water and new coffee or tea would have been great. There is not patking at the property but it was easy to find in the neighbourhood

Pros: Остались очень довольны выбором аппартаментов! Было все необходимое для комфортного отдыха , сна и приготовления пищи. Расположение отличное : автобусы останавливаются прямо около входа в комплекс, до моря 5-7 минут ходьбы, до большого торгового центра mercadona 10-15 минут пешком. В ночное время тишина, т.к. окна выходят во внутренний дворик. Панорамный вид с террасы: море, бассейн, горы, город. Шикарные закаты как на ладони. Заселение проводила русская девушка Алина, что очень облегчило процесс размещения. Все объяснила, показала. Спасибо.

Pros: Апартаменты очень понравились! Мы заказывали трансфер, нас встретили, помогли с чемоданами, а в апартаментах нас ждала холодная бутылочка вина=) Уютно. У нас был безумно красивый вид с балкона! Все необходимое есть. Что удивило, так это наличие пляжных полотенец, пляжного зонтика (очень пригодился). Магазин в шаговой доступности( 5 минут до большого супермаркета). Пляж в 10 минутной доступности. До лас Америкас 20-30 минут пешком. Территория апартаментов закрытая, поэтому очень тихо и спокойно было=)

Contras: Соседи курили очень часто, запах был в наших апартаментах, но это не критично )

Contras: Could not find the app block so found it very hard to meet the host. Had to walk a long way with host to get in . Never told us how far so we had to make 2 trips with luggage. Host spoke very little English. Had to text and then he translated it. He only gave us one set of keys. There was no air conditioning or safe in the apartment. The toilet seat was loose. The shower was loose on the wall so when you you switched water on it went everywhere as the shower head spun round. The apartment was very outdated and needed the refurb. The linen was very basic and did not match. The main complaint for us was the lack of security. We were not told that if the balcony door closed then we would be locked out on the balcony. Only one set of keys meant that when we missplaced a set or wanted to separate we could not enter back in. This applied for the gate as well. The block itself was fine and other apartments were great but I would suggest that this one needs updating. A safe and air conditioning and most of all locks and duplicate keys available. The security on the block cannot do anything because the app is private so felt very isolated especially when the language difference was so great. When booking this apartment block it is impossible to book a particular apartment so it’s a lottery as to which one you get. We would go again but would make sure we were aware which apartment we were getting.
