Dear Guest thanks to visit our property. If you choose to stay with us, you are really welcome. Please to understand before to book with us that We are Just an Hostal & CoffeeBar. We are not Hotel. Anyway we have a lot of positive points: first of all we have only private room, we don’t have any dormitory, so your room is private for you and for your friend. Second point we eliminated the share bathroom, so we made an external small bathroom for each 6 room: they are small but very comfortable and you don’t have to share with other guests, please to check the photos. Then there are other 4 room interior with private bath inside the room: this type of room is interior not sunny but with window. Other positive point is the we made the best for general hygienic protocol ( Covid or no Covid we always have a really good attention). Bed Linen and towel are not included but if you need we can rent for small price. We have a really good service laundry and we clean with the best protocol. Us we are hostal our bedlinen are not luxury, but believe us that are really hygienic. Not smoking inside the Hostal, but you are able to smock in the balcony with window closed. We have a nice Kitchen
So remember that We have the best price in the center of Barcelona, but always we are an Hostel 1 star, then if you are looking for a good price but the comfort typical of Hotel 2 or more star...we are not what you are looking for. If you need more info or touristic info or whatever: you are welcome to ask before to book or during your stay. Our receptions is located at the same CoffeeBar ground floor. We have a important community convince rules: please to respect them.Resume: silence in the night, use of living room kitchen only between 9 am to 10 pm; No bicycles inside the building or inside the hostal. No drugs no Cannabis. Do not hang clothes or towels on the windows' balconies: the police set quite heavy fines, there is a balcony in the living room just for this We have one of the best CoffeeBar in the Example: our daily production is artisanal and we prefer to use ingredient without gluten and with lactose. We are famous for our Breakfast, for our Sandwich with good quality bread and special bread Cataln and Italian, for our Brownie & Cake & Muffie 100% artisanal. About the neighborhood: Ex is famous for its tranquility, for the Sant Antoni market, for the Gay friendly area, for being 5 minutes walking towards the Spanish Square and the Las Ramblas. Then do not forget that 50 meters from our hostal the Aerobus stops for the airport. Also at 30 meters we have the stop of the red line Urgell and at 150 meters the stop of the Lilac line that goes to the Sagrada Familia. In addition, many buses stop, including perhaps the most important for our guests, bus 46 that goes to the airport and bus 59 that goes to the beach. And off course a lot of restaurant and shopping area. Don't forget that in Covid time, we are one of the best because: hygienic protocol, we have a kitchen, we have a bar that our guest are able to use in case restriction, kisses for every one
