Pros: Close to supermarket, bars and restaurants. In fact, everything was in easy reach.

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien, reformado hace poco. También está muy bien situado, en una calle peatonal con muchos restaurantes, el único pero es el ruido los fines de semana, pero a penas se escucha por la buena insonorización y además la habitación da a la parte contraria del apartamento.

Pros: Spacious and clean apartment in a great central location on a pedestrian street. Really well equipped (Nespresso machine, good wi-fi, netflix etc) and liked the quirky styling. Beds were comfortable.

Contras: We did not have the weather to fully appreciate the great looking rooftop balcony.

Pros: The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotless and so spacious that make us feel so guilty for not spending more time to enjoy the place. We had a great time in Alicante, especially because of the central location of the apartment. Would love to come back and stay at this place. Highly recommended.

Pros: This is the 3rd time staying in this beautiful apartment even better with the 2nd bathroom. Big spacious terrace with sun beds and seating area which gets plenty of sun. The apartment is very well equipped and if you need anything then Rafa the owner is very quick to oblige. I must say he is the best host with the best apartment in Alicante so if you get the chance then you must book straight away otherwise you might miss out. Air conditioning in the apartment and bedrooms too which is a relief if it is very hot. We had fantastic sunny weather every day. It is very well equipped too. Apartment is so central for bars, restaurants, shops, market, beach, marina and castle, basically everything on your doorstep. I love coming to Alicante it is like my second home and thank you Rafa for another fantastic stay so hopefully I will have the chance to stay again as this is my first choice apartment.

Contras: Nothing, I just didn’t want to go home.
