For let as a holiday apartment is my beautiful apartment in the lovely area of Villamartin. It is on Verdemar 11. The property is a second floor apartment , it benefits from two bedrooms, a double and twin bedroom, bathroom, lounge area with dining table and kitchen. There is an outside terrace and a rooftop sun terrance which is fully furnished with outdoor seating and table. There is a private pool , appproximately 2 minutes walk away, which is just for the occupants of verdemar 11., for which you will have a key for. This has three pools in, children's, adults and a plunge pool and is equipped with sunbeds. The main bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobes. The twin room has single beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a washing machine at the property and the facility to dry cloths upstairs on the sun terrace. There is a tv in the main lounge area and dining table and chairs. The kitchen area is equipped with a full size fridge/freezer and cooker and fully equipped to cook food.

I have had this property for over 15 years and use it on a regular basis myself. The apartment is in a beautiful area of Villamartin and has lots of stunning landscape gardens, The area is quiet, however there are lots of bars/restaurants within walking distance, together with shops.

The nearest town is Torrievieja which is about 15 mins drive away. There are several beaches nearby, La Zenia beach, Cabo Roig, Playa Flamenca and many more. The closest supermarket Mercadona is within walking distance as is the La Fuenta commercial centre that has numerous bars and restaurants. This is within 5 minutes walking. There are several golf courses, the nearest one being Villamartin, and the apartment overlooks this. The apartment is a 20 minute walk from villamartin plaza, where there is a range of restaurants and shop and bars. There are restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and the beach is a ten minute drive away. The nearest airport is Murcia which is a 30 minute drive away and Alicante is approximately 60 minutes away. The world famous La Zenia Boulevard is a ten minute drive away and this is equipped with lots of well known shops and restaurants. There are several golf courses in the area and a water park in Torrievieja which is the nearest town , which is approximately 15 minutes drive away. Here you can find lots of bars and restaurants along the promenade, together with night markets in season.
