The chlorine pool of 8 x 4 m2 with a depth ranging from 1.2 to 1.8 m is situated on the 1st floor. Enjoy sunbathing on the loungers area with 6 sunbeds or have a fresh summer lunch on the fully equipped terrace next to the barbecue area. There is also a outdoor bathroom beside the pool. The house of 500 m2 is distributed over 3 floors. It has 3 bedrooms, two on the 1st floor (one with double bed and one with two single beds) and one on the 2nd floor (with two double beds). One cot and a high chair available on request. There are 3 bathrooms; one bathroom with shower and a bathtub on the 1st floor, one toilet on the ground floor, and one outdoor shower. The cozy living room is equipped with two sofas, one armchair, table, and TV-Sat; The independent kitchen with vitro has all the necessary cooking utensils. In the dining area there is a table with 4 chairs . A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
