La Plaza, Calle Saint Tropez, is a triangular "square" set off the Carretera Cabo la Nao-Pla, Arenal, Javea. The Arenal Beach is 200 metres away! Shops, restaurants, banks, bars, supermarkets are all within walking distance. You do not actually need a car unless you wish to go sight seeing or visit Calpe, Moraira, Benidorm! Or inland to Jalon & LLiber, Guadalest etc! The apartment is first floor (top floor) & overlooks the Tennis Academy of David Ferrer, international tennis player & local Javea boy! Allocated parking is located in a cul-de-sac just behind the apartments. The property was refurbished three years ago and everything is new! Free Wifi, UK & Spanish tv, air con. Javea was a walled city centuries ago & there is still evidence of this in the Old Town. Javea is divided up in to the Sandy Beach (Arenal), The Port & the Old Town. The Arenal offers dozens of restaurants, from 5* to burger joints & fish & chips! Night market every evening in the summer selling leather goods, jewellery, toys, souvenirs etc. This is fun!! Some bars/restaurants have live music, All bars have big screen tv's. Mainly for football matches! In The Port you will enjoy the fish restaurants with freshly caught produce. Dine whilst overlooking the Bay! In the Old Town are fascinating walkways, with tapas restaurants, cafes spilling out onto pavements, a museum, an ancient church made of Tosca stone............a plethora of lovely buildings.
