Pros: El apartamento está en un sitio magnífico, en el centro de todo, pero en una zona muy tranquila para descansar

Contras: Me gusto todo

Pros: Great location, not big but cosy. All utensils you may need, a small patio from the kitchen. We were given the instruction how to get to the apartment from the airport.

Contras: If you like big windows, it wouldn't be good for you

Pros: Proximity to Metro station and central location

Contras: The decoration was dated and needed a refresh. It appeared MUCH larger in the photos than it actually was.

Pros: Location is great and the landlady was really kind and helpful. Check and check out could not be easier. Apartment was also super clean.

Contras: The Apartment was smaller than it was said, definitely not 47 m2. In the bathroom and sleeping room there is nor ventilation or window. The window in the living room was tiny and the light can not come through because the "balcony" is actually small space between the walls. 110 euros per night was overpriced. And when you book, the cleaning fee (35 euros) shows after you booked (paid).

Contras: Camera e bagno senza finestre. Si potrebbe ovviare con una ventola in bagno

Contras: Hôte sympathique et disponible, elle nous attendait à l'arrivée pour la remise des clés et les renseignements. On savait que le logement se trouvait côté cour dans l'immeuble, mais en fait il se trouvait au fond d'un long couloir et pas sur la cour centrale de l'immeuble. Il donnait sur une minuscule cour et de ce fait il était très sombre. D'ailleurs la chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre. Cependant, dans une ville comme Madrid, on ne passe pas beaucoup de temps dans l'appartement, donc le principal atout est sa situation géographique. C'est mieux pour un séjour sans voiture, car bien que le parking annoncé se trouve sous le marché face à l'immeuble, il coûte 30 euros dès qu'on dépasse une durée de 11 heures et jusqu'à 24 heures.
