Cozy town house in Pollensa situated in the highest area, in one of its typical streets with stone stairs in a neighborhood that has retained its traditional character. The house consists of two floors, on the ground floor upon entering we find the hall used as a dining room, living room and separate kitchen. Outdoor there are one double bedroom, one bathroom and a 2.00 x 3.00 pool with its terrace overlooking the Sierra de Tramuntana. This area brings light and fresh air to the ground floor creating a pleasant micro-climate. Upstairs there are two double bedroom with en suite, one of them overlooking the street and the other has a private terrace from which you can go down to the pool.
