This 5 bedroom villa is built over three floors with space and privacy for all. On the lower level are 2 double bedrooms both have ensuite shower rooms and both with doors to their own private terrace and access to the garden and pool. One room has a superking bed and the other twin single beds. Also on this floor are 2 lounge areas, one with a TV and DVD player - perfect for the kids after they have had enough sun or for your teenagers to chill out in the evening and a pool table with great entertainment value for all. The utility room is also on this level. The middle floor accessed by steps from the private driveway has an open plan lounge, diner and fully fitted kitchen with all the usual appliances. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. There are double doors leading to the covered terrace with plenty of space for al fresco dining and entertaining. On the upper floor are 2 double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Both bedrooms have doors to the upper terrace with sea, golf and mountain views and sun all day.
