La playa de Muntanyar se encuentra a 2 km del alojamiento, mientras que El Montgó está a 14 km. El aeropuerto más cercano es el de Alicante, ubicado a 83 km de la Casa Belle.
Our villa is located in a very quiet location just on the outskirts of Javea. The plot, garden and pool are all very private. The property is walk able (in about 20min) from the main sandy beach, the Arenal with all its facilities but a car is recommended. Bicycle hire is available in the port area. There is parking for several cars on site. We like the colour changing LED's in the pool for that nice touch when the sun goes down. If you put the lights on the red setting it does not ruin your night vision and allows you to see the 1,000's of stars. Our bedrooms have air conditioning and 2 of them also have ceiling fans. We like to do our bit for the environment therefore we have solar panels installed and an Air Source Heat pump takes care of hot water and the heating of the property. We also recycle as much as possible.
We are a couple in our 50's and love our villa. We have done lots of renovations and upgrades to make the place even more enjoyable and more are planned for the future. We would love to welcome you at the house personally and are available most of the time to answer any questions you may have. Falco is a Dutch National but speaks fluent English, German and Dutch of course.
Javea is one of the nicest towns in the Costa Blanca. It has several beaches, sea caves and mountains to explore. Lots of watersports facilities are available in the town. There are 100's of restaurants, bars and shops catering for every need. The weather is great here most of the year but exceptional in the summer. The villa is located in a very quiet area. There is hardly any trafic nearby. The sound of crickets all summer.
