The house is big and nicely located, 7min walk to the beach. Sun shines on it all day long. It has its own private garden, barbacue and swimming pool area. Private parking and all amenities and facilities you would find in any home. Kitchen all equipped. Bed clothes and towels included. Everything in the house is of good quality and we take good care of it.
I'm almost in my 40s and was born in Northern Spain but grew up here in the area. Went to Ireland when I was 23 and lived there for 10 years. There's where I learn that sharing is caring. I'm a people person. Dog lover. Sea lover. I love being able to share the house with people from different places in the world, so I'll be really happy to have you over. I missed the sun a lot when in Ireland, hence I love being in a position where I can give people the opportunity to enjoy the Mediterranean sea and life and this gorgeous house.
It's a quiet neighbourhood 10min walk off the village of Cunit itself and same time to get to the actual beach. It is a family friendly area. There's a wide range of supermarkets, the closest ones only 5min drive/walk from the house. Also Burger King is near by, petrol satation, 10min to the motorway etc. Also weekly veg and fruit Street Market in the village and near by villages as Calafell, Cubelles etc
