Modern apartment in separate and private part of charming house, with southwest facing sea views set in lovely garden with plenty of flowers and fruit trees. Front door just a few meters from both parking and swimming pool! Only 300 meters walking distance from shops and restaurants in picturesque Benalmádena Pueblo, yet in quiet villa quarter. Well connected with bus and taxi stops nearby and easy access to the motorway. The apartment has just been renovated to a very high standard, using top quality materials only. It has hopefully all you need for your holiday, but if there is anything else you require, just ask! An example of what we offer: Totally private entrance and terrace, air conditioning, high speed WiFi, flat sceen smart TV with 39 channels, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge and small freezer, coffee brewer, kettle and free coffee & tea, complimentary drinks in fridge, possibility to order home made and healthy breakfast delivered to the door, double towels for each person, beach umbrella and pool toys etc. Please be aware that the sleeping loft has limited ceiling heights.
We are a Swedish family who moved to Spain in 2016 and totally fell in love with Benalmádena Pueblo, so we decided to stay. We bought our dream house in this great location and have totally renovated the guest apartment to be able to rent out as of summer 2017. We will give you total privacy in the apartment and the guest terrace during your stay. The only thing we will share is the swimming pool, although when we have guests we don't tend to use it much.
Benalmádena Pueblo is a typical Andalusian village and the original village in Benalmádena, set back from the coast on the foot of Mount Calamorro at around 200 meters in elevation. The heart of the village has a traditional and stunning Spanish appearance with white-washed stone buildings and labyrinth alleys. Part of the village now also has a much more cosmopolitan feel. You can enjoy fine dining in picturesque squares and awe-inspiring views of the coast and across the sea, since the village is set on a hillside. Although Benalmádena Pueblo is central to many attractions on the coast, the main attraction is undoubtedly the village itself. It retains it's typical Andalucian character and charm, with whitewashed houses, narrow streets, and friendly locals. Even in the height of summer when the streets can be bustling with tourists, the village never loses it's relaxed atmosphere. It is the perfect place to experience the charm and tranquility of Spanish village life, while benefiting from the beaches and facilities of the Costa del Sol. There are plentiful restaurants and bars offering good value, and a variety of good food (including delicious local tapas).
