When you arrive you will find the key in a safety box with a code. We will stay connected by Whats app and I will provide you the code for the lock and pictures of the location the day before arrival. You will find a small welcome package including something to drink and a snack. You will find a book in the apartment with some advice's and recommendations of nearby areas for hiking, diving center, beaches, restaurants, shopping etc.
Casa con Balcon is a town house from 1900 century - completly reformed - situated in the romantic Spanish village Altea. The apartment is carefully renovated in an autentic style and with the luxury of underfloor heating and aircondition (cold/warm). It is distributed over two floors with a hugh terrace on the top facing south and with a marvellous view to the Mediterranean sea.
The location of the house is perfect as you have walking distance to restaurants, cafe and bars, shopping, beach, bus/tram etc. A short trip by car will take you to fantastic hiking areas in the mountains as well as adventure parks, golf courses, diving center and more.
