Casa del Erizo is situated on a hillside in the exclusive area of l’Arnella in Moraira. This comfortable property is set in its own secure grounds with ample car parking space. The villa has three bedrooms and is built on one level. There is a large 10mx5m private swimming pool, patio with sunbeds and a covered dining area. The pool and outside areas are well lit at night making pleasant surroundings for you to dine out or simply enjoy a glass of wine. The spacious lounge has a round walk in bay which overlooks the swimming pool. There are three comfortable sofas, two matching glass coffee tables and a marble fireplace. This room has a ceiling fan/light, extra wall lighting and lamps. Satellite TV and Chromecast is available. A patio door leads to the outdoor covered eating area which comfortably seats six persons. An archway leads to the adjoining, exquisitely furnished dining room which has a designer glass table and six leather chairs. The bedrooms were fully redecorated in 2018.
