Pros: Fantastiskt läge, nära strand, stor solig takterass. Bra utrustat kök, förutom dålig kniv ( den enda)

Contras: Något mjuka sängar, gillar själv hårdare bäddar. Handdukarna kunde bytas ut till lite mindre slitna. Vissa lådor i klädskåpet fungerade dåligt!

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta, la casa está decorada con mucho estilo y es muy cálida.

Contras: Las escaleras empinadas para subir a la primera planta. No apta para personas mayores, niños o con problemas de movilidad.

Pros: Es una casa bonita, agradable y tiene muy buena ubicación

Contras: Enorme defecto: zona SIN FUMIGAR de cucarachas. Tampoco me gusta el acceso a la azotea, es PELIGROSÍSIMO: los escalones mas estrechos que el largo del pie, y la barandilla en la parte más alta tiene un hueco por que se puede caer.

Pros: Bonita casa muy cerca de la playa y a 5 minutos andando del centro de Nerja. Muchos restaurantes y tiendas cerca. La casa muy limpia, reformada, y las habitaciones amplias. Aire acondicionado en las habitaciones en el piso superior. Muchos canales internacionales de TV.

Contras: Algunos utensilios más en la cocina vendrían bien. Si se va con niños pequeños hay que tener cuidado con las escaleras que van al piso superior.

Pros: Excellent cozy little flat with all you need for a visit to Nerja and all of its attractions. Host ensured we were met on arrival with keys and all the instructions necessary for a pleasant stay. Living room was very cozy and comfortable, you feel like you are at your own private beach house. Location is outstanding, a hop and a skip from a vibrant town centre and four options of beaches within walking range. Plenty of restaurants and price ranges to select from, with local food stores within minutes walk. This property is a gem and will provide any traveler with access to their own little sea side paradise.

Contras: Feather pillows and cushions should be avoided altogether if possible. Patio furniture exposed to bird dropping should be washed over prior to guest arrival. Upgrade towels to a newer set would enhance the home feel experience. If Freddy could make a two sets of beach chairs and two parasols available for guest day use at local beach it would help save the beach day cost of the beds a shade; which add up over the stay period and does require a reservation at least a day in advance.

Pros: Great apartment for family of 4, roof terrace with a view was good. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with 2 young children 1 and 4 year old. Location was good close to everything we needed

Pros: The house was even better than I expected. The location is perfect - literally next to the beautiful Playa Torrecilla beach and surrounded by lovely bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. For those that like nightlife you have Plaza Tutti Fruitti nearby and Rockafellas club. You can walk through the picturesque streets of Nerja centre full of gorgeous shops and reach the famous Burriana beach in about 15-20 mins. The house had everything I needed, towels, bedding, kitchenware, wifi, tv, plently of wardrobe space and the cherry on top was the amazing roof terrace! Thank you!

Contras: I just wish I could have stayed longer! I'll be back again soon.
