THE VILLA The villa is on a plot of 4.000m2, surrounded by nature, and is constructed in the classic Majorcan style with two levels and a great garden with swimming pool and a small private grove. Wonder at the sunset from the large terrace. Relax on the comfortable loungers with a glass of wine, take a refreshing midday swim in summer or snuggle up by the fire on an autumn evening. THE HOUSE It has 220 m2 built on two floors. The ground floor offers large porches, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, kitchen, living room, a toilet and laundry area.
