Casa Fermata, a traditional Spanish style property, nestled in amongst sub-tropical fruit trees in the mountains just outside the town of Jete. The owners live at the property in their own private home and will greet you with a warm welcome and offer help with anything you need during your stay. There are two newly renovated self catering apartments available to rent. Lento is a light, bright one bedroom apartment with a fully fitted kitchen, shower room and private terrace with mountain views. Rallenta is a cosy, tucked away studio apartment with communal outside space that sleeps two in a large double bed, has it's own kitchen, large shower room and a wood burner for those cold winter nights after ski-ing on the Sierra Nevada. There is a swimming pool with large terrace and sun loungers available for guests to use.

The property is close to the centre of Jete which has a small supermarket, a pharmacy, and bank. It is 19km from Almunecar, 20km from Motril and 41km from Granada City. There are plenty of places to hike, cycle and motorbike.
