The apartment is on the 6th floor and the 2 balconies are oriented south-west, so you have sun on the balconies from 12:00 until late in the evening. From the balconies you have a fabulous view at the Mediterranean Sea, the city of Benalmadena and the mountains behind. Every evening you can enjoy a fabulous sunset. The apartment is strategically located in the Puerto Marina area, the famous port of Benalmadena. Strategically between Benalmadena and Torremolinos. Conveniently located just 12 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from El Pinillo train station. Many restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cafes in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The apartment has a spacious living room / bedroom with separate kitchen and a large bedroom and bathroom. It is standard equipped for 4 guests, but can accommodate a possible 5th person up to the age of 16. There are 2 swimming pools in the garden of the apartment, one of which is suitable for children and the disabled.
After many years it had to be done: buying our own apartment at the Costa del Sol. Close to the sea and at least a fabulous sea view all day long! The region where the sun shines 360 days a year and even in winter it is wonderful to stay with the pleasant temperatures. In daily life we live close to the sea in the south of the Netherlands. Whenever we can we will also stay in our apartment. We would like our guests to enjoy the apartment and the surroundings, just as much as we do ourselves.
The area surrounding of Casa JoCa Duquesa is a lively area of the Costa del Sol. Besides the long white sandy beaches and walking boulevards along the beaches, there are several tourist attractions within a radius of 10 km: Sea Life, Selwo Marina, Puerto Marina, Teleferico, Castello Colomares, Mariposario, Stupa, etc. Public transport is well organized. The airport, Malaga and also the cities in the area are easily accessible, both with public transport and with own transport.
