Recently fully refurbished 2 bedroom apartment situated in a cul-de-sac in the popular holiday area of Villamartin. The apartment is surrounded by 3 community swimming pools (9 in total on the Urbanizacion all with free access). The apartment has an open plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms have 1 double bed and 2 single beds as well as a narrow sofa bed (180x120cm) in the lounge. A travel cot is available on request (0-2 years). There is 1 family bathroom with a newly installed walk-in shower. Air-conditioning (sensor controlled, if no movement after a hour, it will switch off) is available free of charge in the lounge only however they are newly installed ceiling fans in both bedrooms. A free standing fan is also available. On street parking is available free of charge. Wi-fi is free throughout the property. Please note the apartment is accessible by a flight of stairs only. For larger groups we do have another apartment overlooking the swimming pool across the road from this one (2 bed, 1 bath & sofa bed, sleeps 6). Please refer Casa Joleen 2.

A 3-4 minute walk from the apartment will take you to several bars and restaurants close to home. Within a few minutes drive away are several golf courses including the famous Golf Courses of Villamartin and La Manga. Also a few minutes drive away are the many blue flagged beaches of the Costa Blanca and the shopping area of La Zenia Boulevard, home to 150 stores making it the largest in the Alicante Province.
