An original renovated barn with walled garden and private patio area. Located in a very quiet village with bar and shop with fantastic mountain views from our roof terrace. We offer many options for those who enjoy an active lifestyle including a gym and massage room. We welcome pets and have 2 friendly dogs. The barn is separate from our house and enclosed with private entrance for guests.
We are a couple from England and Poland who have moved to Spain to live our dream of opening a guesthouse and share it with others. We enjoy exploring the area and can offer some good local advice for cycling, running and walking as well as recommendations for foodies and sun seekers. The neighbourhood is very quiet and offers easy access to bigger towns and excursions to the coast and mountains. A superb place to stay when hiking or cycling the many great tracks. Lake Vinuela is close by for watersports and walking and the local sulphur baths are in Baños de Vilo. The Mondrón Olive Oil Press is only a short walk away and the oil has won gold awards in New York. Further afield is Torre del Mar with beach (including dog beach) and restaurants, shopping etc. Nerja offers the fantastic caves, SUP boarding and kayaking. Frigiliana has won awards for prettiest white village in Andalucía and of course Alhambra Palace in Granada is worth a visit. There is even skiing in Sierra Nevada a 2 hour drive away.
