Set in the beautiful village of Benidoleig this 4 bedroom townhouse boasts heaps of character and charm It is located in the old part of the village with spectacular sea and mountain views from the terrace. There are 2 bathrooms kitchen liviThis lovely house offers heaps of character and charm. The doors open, revealing the entire length of the house, these are the original doors which once opened up to allow the horses to walk through into the back room which is now the patio. On the ground floor is the living room, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and patio. Upstairs there is another bathroom with shower and a further 3 bedrooms, one with a single bed, one with a double bed and lastly with bunk beds. On the top floor there is a door out to a terrace with a utility room and from the there you can see the sea and the valley below. The patio allows for alfresco dining with a table and chairs leading out from the kitchen. The house has a high chair, travel cot, lots of Dvd's and toys for children. There are 2 stair gates fitted and a Tv with freeview. There are also buckets and spades, inflatables and arm bands to take to the beach/pool.
I live in London with my family and work in property. I have been visiting Spain since a young child and fell in love with the village of Benidoleig. I have been coming here since I was 12 years old and have continued visiting with my children who also love it. The beaches and surrounding areas are fantastic for children and I want the house to be used and enjoyed as we do as a family. I have worked selling antiques and vintage clothes and love travelling and learning about different cultures and meeting new people. I have studied costume and textiles and have a love for eclectic unusual items. I have a love for swimming and the village has the benefit of a beautiful 25m outdoor pool open June-Sep as well as the stunning nearby beaches for swimming. Tourist Number : VT- 479113-A
The municipal swimming pool is located about 300 meters from the house. Only 1 km away is the Cueva de las Calaveras which gives the opportunity to explore a prehistoric, paleolithic cave.
