This well situated house is located in a quiet area in front of a communal swimming pool. The house has one bedroom and one complete bathroom and a sofa bed for extra guest. A nice Terrace with sun beds and barbecue. The complete kitchen has all you need for total independence. Casa Maia has all you need (kettle, toaster, big fridge with freezer, microwave oven, electric oven, laundry machine and air conditioning in every room (available under payment), flat screen TV (with NETFLIX, youtube, BBC ). English channels and free Wi-Fi . Sun beds on the terrace and BBQ... Playa Blanca town is located only 700 meters away where you can find everything you may need including, supermarkets, a large selection of restaurants, car, moto and bike rentals. Flamingo beach (one of the most beautiful beaches on the island) is located at 200 meters away from the house where you could enjoy Snorkeling, sup ,kayak and scuba diving . And we are always at your disposal for any information or help you could need.!

Together we look after our guests at Casa Beatriz since 2016 and will do so with Casa Maia too. I'm from Italy and now have settled on the wonderful island of Lanzarote with Daniela.
