The apartment is 55 sqm plus a patio of 15 sqm. Bathroom and kitchen/living room newly renovated in 2019. The apartment has 6 beds divided into 2 bedrooms, two single beds, 1 double bed and a sofa bed (2pl) in the living room. AC, TV with a lot of channels (incl. Swedish 1,3,4) free wi-fi (fiber 20 Mbit), pets allowed, non-smoking. The flat is located in the urbanization San Juan de Capistrano which is located next to Nerja's largest and one of the best pool areas in the city, ideal for families with children. The flat is located below the mountains above Nerja center. Walking to the nearest beach takes 30 minutes, cycling in 10 minutes and 5 minutes by car. Buses run every hour and cost one euro pp. In addition, taxis are very cheap. The best option is to have your own car. Outside the apartment is free parking. Within the area are bars, cafés, restaurants, and a supermarket.
Welcome to Casa Nancy! My thought was a road trip along the sun coast to see if I could find a small place to return to and recharge the batteries. The first trip went to Málaga and Nerja. I fell in love with this city and decided that I wanted to live here. In the evening at the bar, I was talking to the owners Cilla & Jarno and told them that I wanted to live here. One of the guests turned around and told about his and his wife's journey in Nerja, it had started in 2009 and they had also fallen in love with this city. They had rented apartments in many different places in the area and been here at different times of the year and gave me many great tips. So the next step was to contact a broker. I looked at eight different places and got stucked to Casa Nancy. In my mind when I decided I had my children, mother, her man and that the dog would be happy. Nerja is a charming little town with a town center consisting of small cozy streets and small shops. Here there are about 400 restaurants, bars and cafes. The city of Nerja is lively and easy going and you do not get the same feeling as in the more neon-lit holiday resorts in the west. The city is surrounded by various farmings such as peaches avocados and pomegranates. In the 1960s, Nerja became a tourist resort but has managed to avoid the high-rise buildings and construction has been hindered by the steep and rocky coastline. Nerja is located in a subtropical zone in Spain and it has recently been named the Tropical Coast. It stretches from Nerja and east to Motril with a distance of about three miles. This particular area has the mildest winters throughout Europe. Many tropical fruits such as avocados are grown in this area.Nerja has plenty of restaurants and most of them are open all year round because tourists visit the city also during the winter months. Along Nerja's nine km long coast, there are many small beaches in the coves below the cliffs, where you can find your own favorite beach
