The apartment is very modern, clean, fresh and nicely furnished. It is air-conditioned and has lovely green views to the valley of Moraira. There is a new flat screen TV with international channels. Well stocked with quality saucepans and crockery also very good gaz BBQ and dishwasher. The coffee lovers would love Ness espresso coffee machine in the kitchen. They are two bedrooms one double and other with two single beds. The master bedroom has comfy mattress and air-co. The position of the apartment is the best, on the 3de floor were the terrace view is much better. Perfect to stay in winter or spring in the sunny terrace of the apartment. There is all you need to have nice time there. There is a choice of 3 communal pools. This apartment over looks one. The play area for kids is nicely positioned, well secured with fence and can be easily overlooked by the parents. The sun loungers on the pool terrace are available for a small charge, only for the residents of the apartment complex. The pool is accessed by key.
Cumbre Del Sol is a mountain that is nicely positioned between Moraira, Benitachel and Javea towns. This is a residential area situated away from all the noise and traffic. The nearest local Cumbre beach called Moraig is just a two minutes’ drive. On the pebble beach are two bars serving paella and on Saturday nights, there is also live music. The local shops and restaurants are just a short drive away. You can find also supermarket, chemist, bank..There are weekly local markets where you can buy a range of items from vegetables to small furniture.
