Casa Tortilla Gracia is a lovely apartment in the heart of Barcelona, in Barrio Gracia, the most lively district of the city, with its many cafes, tapas bars, restaurants and its beautiful squares full of activity, and only a few minutes walk from the central Paseo de Gracia. This little gem has been our beautiful apartment for 8 years. It saw the birth of our daughter Greta and our family. I hope that our guests will love it as much as we did and enjoy the wonders of the barrio of Gracia, in which, among other things, we are still living. The apartment is about 70 m² in a beautiful palace of the early ’900. The characteristic high ceilings with wood beams are a peculiarity of the Catalans style. The flat is composed by one living room with a comfortable sofa bed, kitchen, toilet and two bedrooms (one with double bedroom and one with two single beds):so it’s perfect up to 5 people. There is a terrace where you can relax after a busy day of sightseeing:it’s quiet and green, of about 15 sqm and there is a balcony that faces on a quiet and peaceful street that will let you feel part of life in Barcelona.

The neighborhood of Gracia is a small country in the heart of the great city of Barcelona. It is characteristic, special ambience, it’s very cozy with its typical squares with bars and restaurants, and numerous playgrounds for children. It has narrow roads so traffic and cars do not affect the peace and tranquility of the barrio.

Pros: Convenient location, very nice host, booked transportation to the airport for us. Apartment is beautifully decorated and very comfort living room. Lovely little balconies and spacious master room.
Contras: Shower is a little bit narrow, easily bump into the handle. Single bed is bit small.

Pros: Marcello picked us up at the airport and delivered us directly to the apartment. It was great to be able to meet and spend time, and very easy to be handed the keys and get a personal rundown on the property.
Contras: The street it is on looks a little run down, but it is close to shops and public transportation.

Pros: Really good communication with owner and very comfortable... a home from home
Contras: Sound proofing in the flat isn't the best but it was nevertheless a lovely place to stay.

Pros: The Appartement with small terrasse is very beautiful, comfortable and clean. We felt like home from the first Minute we arrived. Metro, Restaurants and Shops are in walking distance. Marcello helped us with every question and gave us tipps for good Restaurants etc.

Pros: Asunto on todella siisti, hyvin varusteltu ja viihtyisä, ja Gracia on viehättävimpiä alueita Barcelonassa. Ihana miniterassi! Omistaja on todella ystävällinen ja oli helposti tavoitettavissa.
Contras: Jos on kovin herkkäuninen, kannattaa ottaa korvatulpat mukaan, sillä seinät ovat melko ohuet. Suosittelen myös villasukkia/tohveleita, sillä lattia on viileä.
