This villa is part of the Lanzarote Retreat portfolio and is family owned. Michelle and Tila fell in love with this area of Lanzarote back in mid 1980's. They build their family home there then followed by investing in fincas, villas / apartments nearby. This particular villas has the most spectacular views over the rural farm land down to the coast and beach of Arrieta. This villa comes complete with arrival / return transfers and exclusive use of a 7 seat hybrid car.(insurance covers guests of 25yrs+) The villa is extremely spacious and designed for families or a couple looking for that extra luxury / privacy.
The villa is set in a quiet farming village, where time has stood still. The villa is elevated giving fantastic sea views, a real plus is being just 1km to the beach of La Garita in Arrieta. The beach is great for year round swimming and enjoy the great beach front restaurant and beach bar. You can find further restaurants, coffee shops, petrol station and supermarkets in the village of Arrieta which is just a few minutes in your hybrid car.
