Pros: La ubicación, mejor hubiera sido imposible. Preciosa. He estado ya 4 veces en Sevilla, y esta vez la mejor.
Contras: La hora de check in me pareció tarde, a las 18.00, pero tengo que aclarar que la persona de contacto Isabel, un encanto, siempre mantuvo su disposición a poder adelantarla, pero no hizo falta, al final se nos hizo más tarde, cosas del encanto de Sevilla.

Pros: The view and location were great! The apartment was modern and very clean.
Contras: The smell and bed were TERRIBLE! You will have to open the exterior window and close the courtyard window. The check in process was efficient but impersonal. The owners are using a service so you never really talk to or meet anyone. Also, they asked us to submit information from our passports in advance. Most places in Europe ask for these upon arrival, but we (and many Americans) are uncomfortable sharing personal information so readily. In all, my comments here have to do with expectations. If you expect a personal touch, this is not the place for you. That said, if you expect a clean hotel’ish feel where you can be left alone and don’t mind the smell, this is a great place to stay.

Pros: The location is unbeatable! Right by the Alcazar and the Cathedral with postcard worthy views!! It was great to have a washing machine and do laundry.
Contras: This property is mostly excellent, but there were just a few issues that are worth mentioning. First, the bed and pillows could stand to be upgraded. That’s been mentioned in other reviews. The only other negative that affected our stay was a bad odor. We noticed it when we checked in. It just smelled sour. The bedroom was where we noticed it the most. We opened the windows and it seems to improve and wasn’t an issue again until the last day. On the last day the smell was AWFUL. I could hardly stand to be in the apartment. I’ve informed the management, so hopefully they will figure out what is causing the odor and fix it, because I would definitely want to stay here again!
