The Forum apartment is situated just five minutes' walk away from the CCIB center, so if you are attending a conference in Barcelona it is the ideal place to combine business with leisure.! The apartment is situated in the quieter areas of Barcelona,, away from the tourist crowds! It is not suitable for young groups as it is in a residential building, where parties, noise is not accepted, so if you are coming to Barcelona for the nightlife, this apartment is not apt for you. The apartment is very modern and spacious. All rooms have natural light apart from the two bathrooms. The lounge/living room has air-conditioning, the bedrooms do not, they have fans, so please be aware of this. There is a very large terrace with dining and seating area, so nice to relax and enjoy a cool drink or a meal after a busy day sightseeing or winding down after business. The majority of my guests are people attending conferences or events in the CCIB center or nearby, most of them extend their stay and come with their families.
I have been hosting for many years and like to make guests feel welcome providing little extras like a nice bottle of wine, bottled water coffee milk, etc. If I am not available to welcome you in person, Tony, my check-in manager is excellent, very helpful and welcoming.
CCib center is just over the road, beach and bathing area just a few minutes walk, Port Forum, where you can hire boats, etc, Huge mall for shopping and dining, local supermarket 2 minutes walk is open 24 hours a day, and there is a nice coffee shop next door. The neighbor has wide streets and great areas for cycling, skateboarding, walking, the beaches are not as crowded as the ones right in the city, Transport is all close by or within walking distance, metro station, bus, tram stop just outside the apartment building all will take you into different areas of Barcelona in a few minutes.
