It is a 30 meter studio, comfortable for 2 people and with everything you need for your stay in Malaga. In Picacho 1, we have a larger studio, with a possibility to accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for marriage with a couple of children. It also has two large windows with lots of light, a large bathroom with spacious shower, and a comfortable kitchen-office. In Picacho 2, you can enjoy more space and benefits. It is a duplex penthouse with a private terrace of about 20 square meters on the top floor, together with the bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the lower floor there is the living room, kitchen and a large bathroom with shower. It is ideal for 2 couples or for a couple with 2 children. On the terrace you can enjoy two loungers and chairs from the good weather of Malaga after a day of visiting the city. In all our apartments we have looked for comfort and functionality for our guests. The decoration is sober and elegant, looking for an atmosphere of harmony. All our apartments have a kitchen with features to make the stay more pleasant with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, electric water heater, toaster .... In all our rooms- living room have air conditioning and heating.
