Charming Goya Luxury

Pros: Great value! The location is fabulous; surrounded by restaurants and stores. The person who gave us the keys was very nice and provided all the information needed. The apartment is spacious and functional. The kitchen is very good and well-stocked. The bedding is excellent and the apartment clean. The air conditioners and the internet worked perfectly. The owner even provides a tablet!

Contras: The only negative comment I can make is that the apartment needs to be updated. Upon arrival, I was let down because I was expecting what the pictures reflected and what I saw was not the same. The flooring needs to be redone and the walls, painted. The wallpaper in the bathrooms is starting to come off. There is a drainage problem in the bathrooms' sinks. The sofas in the living room were adequate but need to be reupholstered (pillows need to have feathers added or the filling replaced). You could feel the springs on one of the mattresses in the interior bedroom (the first bed near the door) and it was very uncomfortable.

Contras: Mientras estábamos alojados fueron a ver el apartamento porque lo estaban vendiendo y tenían llaves para entrar, eso genero temor en mis padres que se encontraban ahí en ese momento

Pros: Great location and nicely decorated apartment. the host is generally reachable.

Contras: There are a number of issues that happened during our stay in july 2019, the host should fix them or guests have to be prepared for that: 1) The water heater didn't work from time to time, running out of hot water and you have to press the reset button on the heater to get back hot water. 2) it happened 3 times the electricity went out during our 2 weeks stay and we had to switch on the main electricity. 3) Some workers came and did painting works on the ceiling without notifying us! the whole apartment was smelly toxic paint and my kids got allergic reaction like tearing eyes. The host did send someone to clean up though, which helped a little bit. the smell stayed for a few days. 4) The shower place and the sink drainage was blocked and need plumbing works.

Pros: Limpeza, localização, tamanho do apto. Ar condicionado ok. Apartamento antigo, porém bem conservado

Contras: Não tinha a chaleira elétrica como anunciado. Havia uma cafeteira Nexpresso porém as cápsulas eram da Dolce gusto. Apesar de ter solicitado a chaleira elétrica não foi tomado nenhuma providência. Tivemos que ferver água na panela para fazer café. Um dos quartos é todo cercado vidro, sem privacidade, sem espelho e sem armário.

Pros: La ubicación es la que ponen. No te puedes quejar de la misma. La casa es viejilla y la limpieza justita. No está mal pero no volveremos.

Contras: Ascensor estropeado. Es un 5º. Limpieza justita y colchones diferentes por camas y también justitos.

Pros: Everything ... it’s a wonderfully decorated apartment with all you need. Excellent location. Friendly lameloso

Contras: The main problem is that they don’t have a place you can store your luggage when you leave. Then If you have a flight late at night as we had THIS is a real problem. I suggest they do something about.

Contras: LOS ARMARIOS DE LAS HABITACIONES, LA PARTE INTERIOR BASTANTE ANTIGUOS. EN LOS BAÑOS HABÍA UN OLOR BASTANTE DESAGRADABLE A “TUBERÍAS”

Pros: El apartamento está a 4 min andando de la parada de metro Goya(línea 4). Está muy bien situado, rodeado de todo tipo de tiendas y servicios.

Pros: Departamento amplio y cómodo

Contras: Al llegar a última hora de la tarde, la señora de limpieza aún estaba limpiando el departamento y llegábamos muy cansados.

Pros: El apartamento y la ubicación.

Contras: Nada que reprochar
