Pros: Everything was perfect. Arrival was easy even though we checked in a little early they accommodated this change with no complaints. everyone was so helpful and understanding. The location was brilliant, car park, shops, supermarket metro ect very close by. Even though we were in a busy area you couldn't hear any street noise which was fab for children. As our son is disabled the rooms were a good size to access with his wheelchair and lift within the main building. the facilities were incredible, clean, very comfy beds, you really couldn't ask for much more. you made our family get-away just perfect, Thank you
Contras: Everything was brilliant, this is not a bad point only a little advisory. The apartment is listed as disabled friendly and with a lift and although this is correct there are several steps into he main entrance to get to the lift. this wasn't a big problem for us as my older son and husband can carry our little boy in this wheelchair, however if this was a fully grown adult who was wheelchair bound this could potentially be a problem for them and I do think should be stated in the information (if not already).
