Set on the grounds of a modern villa with gardens, pool, etc. The location is perfect at 15 mins from Madrid city centre, airport and railway stations either by urban rail or metro. Right next to "Monte Carmelo", "Las Tablas" and "La Moraleja". A green and quiet oasis in Madrid where you can feel at home, do some work or simply relax and enjoy the manny amenities of the surroundings. Lived and worked in different countries, traveled allot, done a few crazy adventures, fluent in 5 lingos. On early retirement from diplomatic service now dedicated to property and classic car projects. I Like cinema, travel, adventure, Classic cars, restoration, rally, racing, mechanics, photography, sailing, swimming and trekking. Love animals too, we keep 2 dogs and a cat (well away from guests). We live in the villa on the grounds next door and enjoy interacting if appropriate, will do everything possible to make you feel comfortable and welcome.
The apartment is in a modern and green residential area with excellent infrastructure. Manny and international restaurants, café's, shops and malls. Efficient transport facilities all nearby, local, regional and international. Various business and tech parks next door, Las Tablas, La Moraleja, Alcobendas and of course the wonderful culture and entertainment scene of Madrid. Excursions to Historical destinations like El Escorial, Alcala de Henares, Segovia, Toledo, Avila,and Salamanca are all within reach, all day-trips away.
