Pros: The location is near to most of the highlights in Valencia

Contras: We were with 2 adults and 2 teenagers, while the apartment is more suited for 2 - 3 people.

Pros: La posizione eccezionale. via interna poco rumorosa nonostante la presenza di locali.

Contras: Purtroppo l'appartamento, molto piccolo, è pervaso da un odore di fognatura proveniente dalle tubature (spero) o da perdite negli scarichi . La doccia non si chiude bene e quindi fuoriesce acqua. Acqua calda sufficiente per 2 persone. Non è presente bidet .Letto e divano letto per noi molto scomodi. Si accede all'appartamento attraverso una scala stretta (si sbatte con la testa) con scalini rotti. Un solo paio di chiavi a disposizione.

Pros: La posizione centrale e la disponibilità del titolare.

Contras: Il bagno con pavimento e mattonelle rotte,l’odore forte della fogna .

Pros: Great location! Clean and cozy! Great hosts: provide lot of hints, discount for taxi and support over whatsapp!

Pros: Extremely clean, comfortable and organized. Amazing location on pedestrian only street. Walking distance to everything. On top of that the owner was extremely helpful and responsive if we had questions and supplied lots of things such as shampoo, laundry soap, cooking oils etc. That we would have otherwise had to buy. Overall this was a perfect apartment and I would highly recommend. (Unless you cant do stairs)

Contras: My suggestion would be for a coffee maker that can use regular ground coffee instead of pods so we could have more choice of what type of coffee to drink. Really over all that's a pretty minor complaint! It was still a perfectly functional machine.

Pros: Great location for exploring Valencia and very helpful and friendly host.

Contras: Access to the property was difficult because of three flights of narrow stairs and the apartment pictures were misleading in that they portrayed a bigger apartment.

Pros: Velmi dobra lokalita, 2-3 min peso od hlavnych pamiatok v starom meste. Pod studiom velmi dobre restauracie.

Contras: Z dovodu neodborne zrealizovaneho odpadoveho potrubia kanalizacie v kupelni ( chybal sifon ), casto prenikal smrad do izby. Cez den smrad vyvetrate ci pustis sprchu ale v noci kvoli tomu stavat je trochu diskomfort.

Pros: الموقع كان ممتاز

Contras: مساحة الغرفة صغيرة

Pros: Location is perfect. Within walking distance of everything in the old town and 8 mins walk to a metro station to get you to the beach area. Raul met me at the apartment and went through all the details. During my stay, he also texted me 'what's on' that he thought I might like. A perfect host. Bike hire was available on the doorstep. I would stay here again, and hope to.

Contras: Not an issue for me but the stairs are a bit tight and steep if you have mobility difficulties. Otherwise, nothing.
