Within a 10 minute drive from the house are the beaches and beach clubs of Puerto Banus and several beautiful golf courses. Restaurants and amenities are a walk or 3 minute drive away. The house is in a lovely area - close to everything - but set in a quiet and attractive complex. By car it is only 11 minutes to the historic center of Marbella, famous for its orange tree square and the small shops and streets. Also San Pedro town centre is a 5 minute drive away with its tapas bars, restaurants and square. The urbanization is beautifully designed by Melvin Villarroel (one of the top architects of Spain). The development is very well maintained, green and safe. There are two large pools with sun beds. One of the two is literally 25 steps from our house! The House; A large, modern, open plan kitchen and living area greet you on arrival which opens up onto the outside terrace. In total the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and one room with 2 single beds. There are two full bathrooms with tub / shower and toilet plus a shower room and a guest toilet. The house has a wonderful roof terrace with stunning views of the famous La Concha mountain.
