My friend and I decided to purchase our property in the Costa del Sol area, because it reminds us a lot of California. We put our personal touch on the decor to give it a bright, fresh, modern and relaxing feel. The space is on two levels with two terraces. One terrace is off the master bedroom, with nice chill out chairs and table. This is a great place to have a morning coffee, read a book, soak up some sun and enjoy a nice glass of wine. Sandy beach 1.1 km walk! There you will also find a nice path which leads to San Luis de Sabinillas. Also there is a very nice public park, within a few minutes walk. Gibraltar, UK 39 km (This famous “Rock” is a must) Be sure to go to the top of the rock for 360 degree views. You can see the Northern coast of Africa. Algeciras (ferry), which goes to Morocco 40 km Morocco Day trip- takes an average of 1.5 hours by ferry from Algeciras San Luis de Sabinillas 3.2 km – Nice beach walk and many restaurants Puerto de la Duquesa 4.2 km – Nice Port with many restaurants, bars, and shops Puerto Estepona, Estepona – 9.5 km Also Estepona has very nice long beach with many beachside restaurants and many chiringuitos. Estepona also has a traditional style old town, which is right next to the beach walk. Unlike many old towns in Spain, which are usually in the hillside or mountains. Marbella- 30 km (36 km to downtown)
