Pros: Nos gustó todo La ubicación es perfecta, a 10 minutos andando del centro y de la estación de autobuses. Zona tranquila, no se oye un ruido en la casa. El apartamento acogedor, cómodo y limpio. No le falta detalle para sentirte como en casa. La calefacción estupenda, poniéndola un ratito se mantiene el piso caliente por horas. La cama muy cómoda. Maria la casera, muy atenta a cualquier necesidad y flexible a la hora de hacer el checking. Todo perfecto. No se le puede poner un pero. Si volvemos a Sevilla, sin duda repetiremos alojamiento.

Pros: Alles war gut. Die Lage, die Wohnung. Die Gastgeberin war hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Contras: Die Bettwäsche waren nicht vollständig, es fiel Überzug und Kissen waren unbequem.

Pros: A fantastic apartment and Maria could not be more helpful or welcoming! We normally stay in guesthouses or small character hotels in the heart of the centre on city breaks so this was something different for us. The apartment building, although modern, is built in traditional style with a lovely entrance and internal courtyard. The apartment is modern, with a really comfortable bed and sofas and is spacious and well equipped. It is incredibly quiet and peaceful. To have so much extra space, somewhere private to relax and have a leisurely breakfast whenever we felt like it with no knocks from maids felt really liberating. Located very close to the fine arts museum and the river it’s just15 minutes walk to the cathedral. There are various routes you can take to the historic centre, each with different discoveries and atmospheres.

Pros: I never give a 10, as there are always small things to do better. At this time I really have to say, that I was worried because we arived at night and was not sure how we will get the key. Maria was really helpfull and came over to meet us at late night. She also provided information about restaurants and place to buy food near to the house. we were in contact via WhatsApp, what made communication a lot easier. So hear is my first 10. :-)

Pros: Confort de l’appartement et du lit! Très calme. Volets qui permettent de dormir dans le noir! Bien placé à 10,15 mn du centre. Bon accueil et bonnes adresses de Maria, merci!

Pros: La gran información y amabilidad de María.. Muy pendiente de nosotras.
Contras: Las toallas muy asperas, rascaban al secarse. Pero bueno eso tiene solución.
