Cozy flat in Poble Sec

Pros: Location was ok

Contras: Day before arrival I received a message “This is a shared flat, with two guests rooms. There is a third room occupied by me.” - that was surprise, when you’re expecting a “cozy flat” for the money. Of course it’s my fault not reading the description, but everything beside that points that you’re renting a flat. The room itself: door can’t be locked, you can hear everything what’s happening outside of it, the only window leds to building’s stairs so when someone goes to work at 7 - you’ll hear it, host with family usually have a dinner until 23 - every word can be heard, it’s dirty in general.

Pros: lovely and nice owner, (and good English speaking), place is just next to the street with great cafe`s and local bars with typical Spanish cuisine, food shops are close, room was very comfortable and clean, we recommend it

Pros: 1.nice host 2.near monjuic 3.near lambla

Contras: 1. thin wall, can hear someone next door snores 2.groundfloor,bad ventilation,no air conditioner

Pros: L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait. Stations de métro ou arrêt de bus à deux pas. Des restaurants ou bars juste à côté aussi donc quartier vivant et agréable. La propriétaire donne plein de conseils de visite dés que vous arrivé et c'est super !

Contras: Préciser dans l'annonce qu'il n'y as pas de fenêtre ouverte sur dehors dans la chambre (celle qu'il y as donne sur le hall d'entrée) Mais heureusement il y a un ventilateur de plafond pour faire de l'air.

Pros: Месторасположение хорошее. Много рядом кафе, магазинов. Спокойно. Есть кухня, где можно приготовить лёгкий завтрак или ужин.

Contras: Было немного душно. Хотелось бы лучше вентиляцию. В номере нет полноценного окна, только на потолке ( мансардное ) Учитывая летнее время года и высокую температуру на улице днём и ночью в комнате вентилятора не достаточно.

Pros: Cercano a los sitios depende queríamos ir y muy buen recibimiento por parte de Cristina

Contras: Realmente está muy bien, por poner un pero nos cogió bastante calor durante nuestras vacaciones y al llegar a la casa tb hacía calor, pero la dueña lo solucionaba poniendo el aire acondicionado a tope.

Pros: Es war alles sehr gut, die Lage TOP! die Dame sehr freundlich!!

Pros: A anfitriã é muito simpática, prestativa e atenciosa.

Contras: O quarto é um pouco apertado para duas malas de tamanho grande.

Pros: It's clean and tidy, we've got a private bathroom. But it's a bit noisy.

Pros: Great location, vibrant area. Within walking distance of bus, metro

Contras: Very dirty toilet, broken shower door, thin and in some parts missing walls, no lock on the door and a COCKROACH!
