Pros: La presentación visual del departamento es agradable.

Contras: Varias cosas del lugar no nos gustaron: La instalación eléctrica que falló (y se fue la luz como cinco veces al poner o la tetera o el horno de microondas), que el sitio estaba aparentemente limpio pero en realidad estaba bastante sucio (había cabellos en los baños, en las alfombras de las salas de estar mucho polvo y muchos cabellos como si no hubiesen lavado las mismas por mucho tiempo), la poca funcionalidad del sitio pues las recámaras estaban en la parte superior y los baños completos sin cambiador abajo.

Pros: La ubicación era excelente, muy céntrica y te podias mover a pie por toda la ciudad

Pros: The location. Host was very accomodating allowing us to leave our bags until our actual departure from the city.

Contras: It was noisy at times, building renovations. I also felt that the bed linen lacked that freshness that provides certain level of comfort. Clean enough.

Pros: The split level made the most of the gorgeous building and it was decorated/furnished with real character. Both living room and bedroom were fabulous. Very comfortable (and enormous) bed. Also great to have an upstairs loo to avoid the spiral staircase to the main shower-room overnight. Rosa was really welcoming and helpful. Good to have personal bar/restaurant recommendations too.

Contras: There was quite a lot of noise from people coming and going to the adjacent apartment, or leaving at odd times and wheeling cases over the cobbled street just outside. I mention this not because it's any negative reflection on the apartment but as potentially useful information for future guests - DON'T let this put you off this fabulous central apartment, just take ear-plugs if a light sleeper. As far as facilities go, it would have been a nice touch if tea/coffee/creamer had been provided in the kitchen. A very very minor quibble!
