Pros: EXCELENTE UBICACIÓN, A UN MINUTO DE PUERTA DEL SOL Y A 3 DE GRAN VÍA ANDANDO APROX. COMUNICACIÓN INMEJORABLE CON 3 LÍNEAS DE METRO. APARTAMENTO MUY FUNCIONAL CON TODOS LOS ACCESORIOS.

Pros: Die Wohnung habe ich für einen längeren Aufenthalt gebucht. Dabei war mir wichtig, dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt und die Lage zentral ist, um die Stadt kennenlernen zu können. Beides trifft zu. Ein Wäschetrockner ist auch vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist relativ groß und für zwei Personen gut geeignet. Die Betreuung ist hervorzuheben. Man hat immer einen Ansprechpartner, der in wenigen Minuten eine Rückmeldung gibt (in diesem Fall per WhatsApp - Danke Carlo!).

Contras: Man muss beachten, dass die Wohnung genau in der Innenstadt liegt. Die ganze Nacht ist mit Lärm auf der Straße zu rechnen. Mich hat das aber nicht besonders gestört. Auch die umliegenden Wohnungen werden touristisch genutzt. Da kann es, vor allem am Wochenende, lauter werden. Kommt dann immer auf die Gäste an. Beide Punkte sind aber der Lage geschuldet und akzeptabel.

Pros: Locația excelentă, chiar dacă se construia alături, noaptea era liniște.

Contras: Chiuveta din baie un pic cam mică. 🤔

Pros: Beautiful apartment super well located close to Puerta del Sol Square and Gran via. PLenty of bars, nightlife, restaurants, souvenir stores and everything. Its awesome

Contras: The host. It was an old lady with very bad attitude. She was very rude. We arrived at 15:05 Hours and because of the subway delay. We had scheduled the delivery of the keays at 15:00 Hrs. Just beacse we arrive 5 minutes later she yelled at us I HAVE WAITED TO MUCH FOR YOU. I AM TIRED AND I NEED TO GO. She showed us the apartment very fast and left. It was very disrespectful. She is very old, maybe that´s the reason, but is not our fault. Other than that, nothing to complaint. Even when the apartment is located in a very noisy area, you do not listen t the people or music because the apartment has noise protection.

Contras: La única pega que le pongo es que entra mucha luz por la mañana y te despierta! Cómo es un ático y tiene ventanas en el techo..pero tooodo lo demás excepcional

Pros: The location is perfect. Breakfast? We didn't have breakfast.

Contras: The cleanliness of the bed. Not the sheets but the bedspread and the pillows. Something is needed in the bathroom to put the towel.

Pros: everything

Contras: nothing

Pros: Central location. You can walk to most places and the metro is right there if you want to get somewhere quickly or away from the center.

Contras: Only suggestion would be to add a towel hook in the bathroom.
