Playa Bastian beach is within a short walk. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within short walking distance. The supermarkets Spar and Hiperdino are not far from the villa. The villa is located in one of the very affluent and tranquil side of Costa Teguise . Not far from the beach and all amenities ( restaurants, bars, shops....) 3 seconds walk to the promenade. 15 min from the airport. 10 min from the Golf club . 15 to 20 min walk to the majority of water sports schools and activities. Mountains are 5 to 10 min by car. Spar supermarket is 5 min by car and within walking distance. Costa Teguise is one of the best places in Lanzarote, it is settled and don’t have many high buildings.
