Pros: Casa de bonito diseño, con mucha luz y con acceso al porche, jardín con piscina i zona de barbacoa.

Contras: Aire acondicionado accionado con monedas, algo raro para una casa de este nivel.

Pros: The villa is set in a quiet residential road with gated off-road parking . It was a pleasure to stay for 9 nights at the modern and well equipped villa. The main reception/Dining/Kitchen area has been made into a versatile and light space with patio doors onto an ample terrace, which in turns leads to a well laid out garden, pool (with cover), sunbathing area and well equipped BBQ area with covered terrace. Sun loungers, tables and chairs are dotted around the garden. The whole garden is enclosed by a high wall making the garden completely private. The bedrooms are both a good size with the main bedroom (including on-suite) leading out onto the terrace via sliding doors. The Kitchen has all appliances and an outside “Utility area” houses a washing machine. The Bathrooms are clean and modern. Plenty of towels too. It is a walk of approximately 1.3 km from the villa to the beginning of the restaurant/bar and shopping area of Player Blanca. Taxis are always available in the town, should the return walk does not appeal! The host is quick to respond to any questions. If we were to make a couple of suggestions, for the comfort of future guests they would be:- Provide a visitor’s guide to the property and local amenities. A colander for the Kitchen – the only utensil missing! We would thoroughly recommend Casa Mercedes to anyone wanting a quiet, modern and private place to stay

Pros: Espectacular!!! Gracias Aroa por ser tan servicial. Casa con todo tipo de detalles. La zona de la piscina maravillosa. Esperamos volver!!pudimos hacer el check-in antes, nos vinieron a limpiar la pisicina al tercer día, muy cerca de playa Papagayo y de Timanfaya, la zona de barbacoa está super... Sin duda lo recomiendo!!

Contras: Nada

Pros: The villa has a very clean and modern design. The pool area is very peaceful and private and the facilities in the villa were of a very good standard. The WiFi is excellent, the air conditioning is very welcome and good value. The villa is a approx 20 to 30 mins to the sea front and less than 5 euros in a taxi.

Contras: The only downside to the villa was, that there was no information pack in the villa for things like the appliances, refuse collection etc. Please be aware that the owners do not speak English If they need to be contacted I.e. for key collection details.

Pros: Vivienda bastante acogedora y cómoda, la zona de la piscina y barbacoa muy amplia ideal para que jugar con los niños
