Pros: Spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of Seville, in 15 minutes walking radius you can reach most of Seville’s amenities; a person from the staff welcomed us as soon as we reached the apartment. Easy communication with the staff to arrange our arrival. Suggested for group of friends who wants to easily visit the city.
Contras: The shower and the bath don’t have any curtain so the two bathrooms can easily get wet. 20 euros extra fee for late arrival (we arrived around 11 pm) I personally think is a bit too much. Overall highly recommended !

Pros: The apartment is just off Plaza Nueva at the heart of Sevilla and walking distance everywhere. Everything -including the bathrooms- was extremely clean (in fact, we have only experienced this level of cleanliness only in top-notch hotels), so clean in fact that we took our shoes off while staying at this apartment. There is a master bedroom with double bed with an en suite bathroom, a room with two twin sized beds and a pullout couch that can hold 2 people. There is also another bathroom. There is a percolator for coffee, a kettle, a microwave and a full-size fridge in the kitchen as well as a washing machine. The apartment was spacious. We liked that it was not cluttered. There were also lots of outlets for charging phones, tablets, computers. Towels, soaps, shampoo and shower gel were provided. The pullout couch had a mattress topper, which made sleeping very comfortable. We have never seen this anywhere else. We appreciated the thought!
Contras: The apartment had basic essentials in the kitchen like cutlery, plates and glasses but you might have difficulty if you choose to cook. There were no condiments or amenities provided in the kitchen. (Of course, with all the amazing food you can eat in Sevilla, there is no real need to cook. If eating take out, you should be fine!) The bathroom in the hallway had a shower curtain but the floor could get wet while taking a shower. The en suite bathroom did not have a shower curtain so it required being really careful not to get the floor wet.
