Contras: Wi-Fi lento e instável, com palavra passe surreal....inexplicável tamanho e complexidade.

Contras: Dissapointed in the host. He told us it would take us 5-10 minutes from the bus station to the apartment by foot, but it was in fact 20 minutes. Enough to actually get a cab since we had a lot of luggage. Despite telling my host my presumed arrival time and precise bus and confirming it the last day, he said he will meet us at 22.00 (The bus arrived at 21.30, so with the "5-10" minute walk i would expect him to say to meet at 21.40 or 21.45). Once there i wrote to the host and didn't get a response till 22.10, and him telling me that he will arrive in 10 minutes. He arrived at 22.30. I get it, everyone can be late. But you should tell in advance if that will happen. We basically stood outside the apartment instead of going to grab a bite or something to drink, which is obviously what one likes to do after a long day of travel. The worst part of it was, that the host never apologized. He gave us a generic welcome like nothing was amiss, and didn't even mention him being late. A small "sorry i couldn't do sooner" would have gone a long way. But it really did annoy me to no end that this happened. It was obviously an "i don't care about my guests, i just want the money" vibe. As mentioned, i wouldn't have an issue worthy of writing if he just wrote "hey guys, i'll be half an hour late, please go grab a drink and sorry for the inconvenience". Instead we had to stand in a street like idiots for 40 minutes wondering about every guy walking by if that's our host. Also, for a 5 day stays we got just 4 towels, 1 small, one large, and the big problem that 3 of those towels were dirty, that we shared the one remaining towel to take a shower. To the owners credit, i did message him about the issue, and the housekeeper came the next day and brough a fresh towel set.
