Cosy duplex apartment with free parking (suitable for small or medium cars, it is not possible to park large cars). On the lower floor there are two windows that give natural light to the living area and the kitchen. You have all kinds of cooking utensils at your disposal, as well as a washing machine and dryer if your stay lasts several days. In the living area there is a two-seat sofa and puff-bed for a child under 10 years. The Plasma TV has a chromecast device, which allows you to connect via mobile to applications that you have on your device such as Netflix, Youtube, Spotify, etc ... On the lower floor, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a glass screen. In the upper area, you can find the attic bedroom with a skylight window above the 1.40 x 1.90m double bed. The apartment is near the centre of the city, about a 12-minute walk from the Plaza de la Merced, Roman Theatre and Alcazaba and about 15 minutes from the Picasso Museum. The beach is approximately 5 minutes by car or 25 minutes walking, and only 5 minutes from the Gibralfaro Castle and Parador, where you can enjoy the best views of Malaga. The building where it is located has only two floors and no more than 10 neighbors. It is a very quiet community, without noise, also away from the area of bars or roads, which will allow you to rest from your stay in Malaga with some proximity to the center of the city. In the surroundings, you can find a supermarket, traditional shops such as bakery, greengrocers, small bars where breakfast, pharmacies, etc ... Everything you need for a pleasant stay.
El apartamento está muy cercano al centro de la ciudad. Se encuentra ubicado a unos 12 minutos andando de la Plaza de la Merced, Teatro Romano y Alcazaba. A unos 15 minutos del Museo Picasso y demás zonas de interés turístico localizadas en pleno casco histórico. Y la playa se encuentra ubicada a unos 5 minutos en coche o unos 25 minutos andando. Otro punto de interés turístico cercano al apartamento es el Castillo y Parador de Gibralfaro, aquí podrás disfrutar de unas vistas de Málaga.
