Our Duplex is located in the heart of a very nice and newly refurbished residential complex. It has been completely renovated inside and its a nice and sunny top floor duplex apartment. It is about 69 sq. mt. plus a very sunny terrace with great sea & pool views. Downstairs: Nice fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed in the lounge, a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with shower. Upstairs: Bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and wc. The apartment is fully equipped, Satellite TV, WiFi, communal parking next to the door. The apartment is situated at 5 min walking distance from Los Charcos beach, good, quiet and well-connected place for holidays. The complex offers an outdoor heated communal pool (80 cm max depth). There is is also a yoga & massage saloon just downstairs and next to the pool. Next to the pool there is a first class Bar & Restaurant, open all day long from breakfast to dinner. It also offers a take away service if you'd prefer to eat you pizza at the apartment!
