Duquesa Milos has the benefit of two large joined terraces overlooking the communal swimming pools, splendid gardens, Duquesa golf course and the Mediterranean sea. Duquesa Milos has two large linked terraces leading from the lounge and main bedroom with private steps to the pool and garden areas directly below. Duquesa Milos is a bit more expensive than a lot of Apartments in Coto Real but we liken it to paying that little bit more for the very best room in the hotel with the best views best terrace and private access to the pools and gardens. It is our family holiday home that we rent out for just 7 weeks each year. Its a perfect location for families couples or friends who just want to chill out and enjoy their holiday. We find that most people have intentions of going to La Puerto Duquesa and the beaches and bars San Luis de Sabinillas of just a 10/15 minute stroll away. But when they arrive and experience Duquesa Milos they normally spend more time enjoying the terrace, gardens and pools. Guests at Duquesa Milos enjoy just popping up the private steps to their private terrace over looking the Pool Golf and Mediterranean for lunch.
Duquesa Milos is just a 15 minute stroll from Puerto de la Duquesa, “New Puerto Banús” just south of Estepona where things start to change noticeably: the traffic eases, the landscape becomes more dramatic, and development is still – in most parts – proceeding at a more unhurried pace than in the rest of the Coast.
