Recently refurbished top floor 2 bedroom apartment with panoramic sea views from balcony. El Canal is an apartment block situated on the Canal Norte and a 2 minute walk from the sandy Arenal beach with its famous promenade containing a fabulous variety of restaurants, bars and shops suitable for all family generations. The apartment has secure residents parking. good 4g Internet is included in the price and the apartment has a modern L&G dual Air Conditioning & Heating unit as well as ceiling fans in the living area and both bedrooms. It is therefore suitable for year round rental if so required. There is a bright and spacious living room with direct access to the balcony combined with a kitchenette and breakfast bar, a bathroom with shower, wash basin, toilet and bidet. There are 2 spacious and sunny bedrooms each with twin beds. The kitchen has 2 electric hob plates (no oven) , fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle and crockery and cutlery. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Linen and towels for the apartment (if you want beach towels bring your own) are provided.
I am using this space for some additional property information: GROUPS OF 3 or more SINGLE MEN ARE NOT ALLOWED (unfortunately we have had too many instance where our apartment has not been looked after and the restrictions on noise, parties and excessive noise have been ignored) 1) A washing machine is available for guests laundry, but, please purchase the correct detergent and conditioner and ask the owners for assistance 2) Bath Towels are provided for each guest as well as a hand towel and kitchen towel. You can use the washing machine if you want these cleaned during your stay. We recommend that all guests bring their own beach towels if required during your stay. 3) We do provide toilet paper upon arrival, however, you may need to purchase more depending on personal usage.
El Canal is an apartment block situated on the Canal Norte and a 2 minute walk from the sandy Arenal beach (all the other beaches in Javea are pebbles) with its famous promenade containing a fabulous variety of restaurants, bars and shops suitable for all family generations. On the Canal outside the apartment block you can find diving centres, bot and jet ski rental.
